Also, there is no fixed salary. It is a comission based role on per succesful client onboarding. Job Type: Part time/ Freelance Job Location: Remorte/ Work from home Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Freelance Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong business relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT and Non-IT hiring/recruitment services. You will have the flexibility to work remotely while earning a competitive commission on successful business deals. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in IT and Non-IT recruitment. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels. Present our recruitment services and solutions to potential clients. Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure successful client deliveries. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role in the recruitment industry (IT & Non-IT preferred). Strong network and client base in the recruitment sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
