Responsible for data collection, analyzing and preparing Dashboards for driving real-time insights on PRO KPIs, BIC and partner planning.

Driving the entire PR Technology agenda for the organization
Responsible for implementation of a new module or modification of existing module in SAP, Success Factors and Happay portal
Continuous upgrading of Business Intelligence Dashboards from PR lens
Lead Talent Acquisition for all corporate functions from end to end
Leverage a variety of sourcing channels to build a diverse talent pipeline
Work closely with function heads and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements & business needs
Build in cost & process efficiencies across the entire talent acquisition process
Track and report key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, employment laws, and regulations.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Good interpersonal skills and able to build, influence and maintain positive relationships with different stakeholders across functions
Leads self and others successfully through change management
Plans, resources and monitors the effective delivery of all programs and projects
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
