Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement a national EHS strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Lead EHS audits, risk assessments, and compliance programs across all locations.
Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate safety into business planning and operations.

Operational Oversight

Monitor and enforce compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other applicable standards.
Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Manage emergency preparedness plans including fire safety, evacuation drills, and disaster recovery protocols.

Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead and mentor regional EHS officers and site safety managers.
Liaise with government bodies, clients, and vendors on EHS matters.
Conduct regular training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and compliance reports.
Present monthly dashboards to executive leadership on EHS KPIs.
Ensure timely submission of statutory reports to regulatory authorities.
