Senior Manager Growth (Global)

Role Overview: As a highly motivated professional with a high-performance background in Supply/Business Operations, your role at Joveo will involve leading the overall operations and strategic initiatives of the Supply Function, specifically for the US and European regions. You will work closely with the CXOs to develop supply strategies for business use cases, increase the reach and quality of supply, negotiate contracts, commercials, and agreements, introduce automation, manage campaigns effectively, and enhance the Supply Partner & Customer Experience. Key Responsibilities: - Leading the overall operations and strategic initiatives of the Supply Function. - Working with the CXOs to develop supply strategy for business use cases. - Increasing the reach and quality of supply. - Negotiating contracts, commercials, and agreements while building great relationships. - Introducing automation across the function. - Managing campaigns effectively. - Establishing Supply Partner & Customer Experience. Qualifications Required: - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data. - 2-4 years of experience in a partner-facing (or customer-facing) role. - Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity in a highly fast-paced startup environment. - Demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts/solutions, customer and partner use cases, and guide strategy to deliver positive results. - Experience in leading SAAS, Ad Tech, Consultancy, E-commerce, Recruitment Advertisement/HR tech (Supply Side), or leading business functions in a technology-related field such as SaaS.
