To excel in this position, we seek a highly motivated professional with a strong background in Supply/Business Operations and a track record of driving business strategies, particularly in the US and European regions. Key Responsibilities: - Leading the overall operations and strategic initiatives of the Supply Function. - Collaborating with CXOs to develop supply strategies for business use cases. - Enhancing the reach and quality of the supply. - Handling contracts, commercials, and agreement negotiations while fostering strong relationships. - Implementing automation within the function. - Efficiently managing underpacing campaigns. - Establishing partnerships with supply partners and enhancing customer experience. About You: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized. - Strong analytical abilities to derive actionable insights from data. - 2-4 years of experience in a partner-facing or customer-facing role. - Self-motivated individual comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity. - Demonstrated proficiency in understanding technical solutions, customer and partner needs, and guiding strategies for positive outcomes. - Experience in leading SAAS, Ad Tech, Consultancy, E-commerce, Recruitment Advertisement/HR tech, or business functions within a technology-related field.
