Role: Fund Implementation - FPI licensing, Designated Depository Participants, DDPs

Responsibilities:

FPI licensing

Principal Duties:

Foreign Portfolio Investor (FPI) licensing

- Make sure that all pertinent stakeholders, such as internal teams, consultants, legal counsel, DDPs, and outside service providers, are informed in a timely and accurate manner.

- Keep an eye on the regulatory environment to make sure that FPI-specific rules are being followed, and modify procedures as necessary to reflect any changes.

FPI licensing

- Oversee, coach, and assist the group, offering strategic direction and direction for both short-term projects and long-term endeavors.
