Senior Manager, Full Stack Development & Support

As a Senior Manager in Full Stack Development & Support at PwC, your role will involve leading technology teams to develop and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient Java-based custom applications for manufacturing, supply chain, and finance domains. You will be responsible for managing full lifecycle software delivery and ongoing support in a complex enterprise environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full stack developers, engineers, and support professionals working on custom Java applications for manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and other core process areas. - Drive the architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of end-to-end Java-based web applications on a modern full stack technology stack. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and integrate applications with enterprise systems. - Work in a DevOps model with end-to-end ownership of applications, ensuring best practices in code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability. - Manage agile project delivery, provide strategic input on technology roadmaps, and address complex production issues. - Coordinate with vendors, SaaS providers, and consultants involved in application development and support. - Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and drive talent development and knowledge sharing. - Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards. **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. - 15+ years of experience in software development and application support with expertise in Full Stack development. - Certifications such as PMP, Agile (Certified ScrumMaster), or Oracle Java certifications. - Proficiency in Java/J2EE technologies, front-end technologies, backend architecture, microservices design patterns, and cloud platforms. - Experience with databases, DevOps tools, and practices, as well as working in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or other key business process areas. - Strong leadership, team management, stakeholder communication skills, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
