Senior Manager FP&A

As the Bengaluru based meat and seafood company Licious, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for our business. This position offers you an excellent opportunity to develop a deep understanding of financial analysis and strategy within our dynamic and fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop and consolidate budgets. - Utilize your past experience in FP&A and business partnering to drive cross-functional alignment between diverse functions and business units. - Break down complex business dynamics with structured analysis to identify growth opportunities and deliver recommendations. - Collaborate with the technology team to implement and optimize financial systems, such as ERP software and AI-powered financial tools, aiming for process automation and enhanced financial system capabilities. - Work with business leaders to review key cost items, develop strategies, and metrics to improve profitability. - Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted financial performance, identifying trends and discrepancies, and working with stakeholders to address root causes. - Develop financial models to analyze business performance and provide data-driven recommendations. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations. - Collect and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and business performance improvements. - Create and publish management dashboards and financial KPIs to track business performance. - Prepare financial presentations for internal stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data reporting and analysis. - Provide support in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects. - Participate in the evaluation of investment opportunities and business cases. **Qualifications Required:** - Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience and a strong internship background (preferably with one of the big 4's). - Strong interest in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / MS PowerPoint. - Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Hands-on experience with financial analysis/reporting tools like SAP S/4 HANA, Tableau, Power BI.
