Job Description

As an experienced FP&A professional, your role will involve ensuring timely and accurate preparation and distribution of P&L information, including monthly plans, estimates, and actuals. You will be responsible for tracking P&L at various levels such as BU, Client, Facility, and Cost owners, and developing visibility of KPIs that impact P&L outcomes. Your insights on P&L performance, variances against plan, unit economics evolution, and KPI movements will be crucial for decision-makers. Collaborating with Senior Management and business units, you will identify strategic objectives and opportunities to achieve them. Coordinating across departments, you will establish systems for monitoring and reporting key business metrics, while also automating Business Reporting KPIs for real-time visibility. Qualifications required for this role include a CA/MBA with 5-6 years of FP&A experience. You should have proficiency in SQL, Excel Modelling, and Quicksight, along with strong numerical skills and a sound understanding of financial reporting basics and business modeling. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills are essential, enabling you to work effectively both independently and within teams. Location for this role is Powai, Mumbai.,
