Sr. Manager - Finance and Accounts

Having experience of atleast 15 years manufacturing company With Qualified CA,

CTC Range Rs 16-18 Lacs Per Anum.

Job Location- village Ghanghola, Greater Noida

1. Strategic Financial Management

2. Oversee internal audits and coordinate with external auditors

3. Maintain internal control systems to safeguard assets & ensure accuracy

4. Supervise and mentor finance team members

5. Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and government authorities

6. Support cross-functional teams with financial insights and budgetary guidance

7. Ensure adherence to statutory regulations (e.g., GST, Income Tax, PF, ESI)

8. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

9. Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights to senior leadership

10. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
