Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for US-based openings
Source, screen, and deliver top-tier candidates using portal subscriptions (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Apollo, etc.)
Engage directly with US clients and stakeholders to clarify specs, timelines, and expectations
Utilize C2C (Corp-to-Corp) hiring models and bench sales strategies for contract roles, handling compliance requirements and negotiations as relevant.
Demonstrate strategic outreach abilities, including personalized messaging and database-building across relevant platforms and niche US forums.
Track, document, and report key recruitment metrics - time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and source effectiveness for continuous process improvement.
Mentor junior recruiters and participate in client presentations and proposal reviews.
