DescriptionHighly skilled and experienced Appian Technical Lead ;to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of Appian-based business process management (BPM) solutions.Guide the architecture and delivery of scalable, high-performance applications while mentoring developers and ensuring adherence to best practices. ;Key Responsibilities:Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Appian BPM applications.Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.Oversee the development lifecycle and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.Define best practices for coding, testing, and deployment within the Appian ecosystem.Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high application availability and performance.Integrate Appian applications with external systems using Web APIs, Web Services, and other integration mechanisms.Prepare technical documentation including solution architecture, technical design, and support guides.Stay updated with Appian product enhancements and advocate for continuous improvement. ;Required Qualifications: ;Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.8-10+ years of overall software development experience, with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Appian BPM.Proven experience as a technical lead in Appian-based projects.Appian Level 2 or 3 certification is preferred.Strong understanding of Appian architecture, design patterns, and best practices.Experience with Appian plug-ins, CDT design, process modeler, records, reports, and sites.Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ;Good to Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with Appian RPA, Appian AI, and Appian Process Mining is a plus. ; ; ;
