Job Description

As an Manager Manufacturing Engineering at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving our next phase of growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of manufacturing engineering processes within the forging industry and manufacturing in general. - Implementing process control methods efficiently and effectively, while conducting root cause analyses for recurring issues. - Collaborating closely with Production, Quality, and Design & Development teams to support manufacturing excellence and drive product innovation. - Leading continuous improvement initiatives across all manufacturing areas, implementing productivity-enhancing methodologies. - Developing operational techniques to reduce cycle time and identify improvement opportunities in ongoing processes. - Possessing a working knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, and PFMEA processes. In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the company provides benefits such as food, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, and provident fund.
