Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Engineering to lead our engineering team in B. Braun Medical (India) Pvt Ltd., responsible for driving innovation and excellence in medical devices and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering management, with 10-15 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the engineering team in designing, developing, and testing medical devices and equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product development and launch.
Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process enhancements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
Proven experience in engineering management, preferably in the medical device industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects.
Strong understanding of medical devices and equipment, including design, development, and testing.
