The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills (both verbal and written), comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and processes, and an in-depth understanding of the employee life cycle within a BPO setup. This role demands proactive collaboration with business partners and the ability to drive employee engagement initiatives that enhance retention and productivity.
