Job Title: Assistant Manager HR/ Human Resources Business Partner Location: Pune | Experience: 4+ Years | Employment Type: Full-Time Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (IST) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic HRBP & Operations Analyst to support key HR initiatives through data analytics, reporting, and business partnering. This role will provide HR guidance to business leaders, handle employee relations, drive data-driven decision-making, and support performance and talent management activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide HR support and coaching to managers and employees. Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Develop reports and dashboards using Excel and BI tools. Support employee relations, investigations, and performance management. Ensure HR policy compliance and participate in key HR projects. Requirements: MBA degree in HR, Business, or related field. 4+ years experience in HR Operations, Analytics, or as a Generalist. Strong Excel and data analysis skills. Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Preferred: Experience with HRIS systems and BI tools. Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
