Senior Manager - Digital Marketing

Digital Strategy & Execution

• Lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy for US clients across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, and Email Marketing.
• Plan and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads.
• Drive lead generation, conversion optimization, and overall digital performance improvements.
  

Client Communication & Account Management

• Act as the primary contact for US clients, managing expectations, project delivery, and performance updates.
• Conduct regular review calls, strategic planning discussions, and reporting sessions.
• Translate client requirements into actionable marketing plans.
  

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor digital marketing team members across channels.
• Review deliverables, ensure quality execution, and maintain process discipline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, automation, SEO/SEM).
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and measure performance KPIs using Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot, SEMrush, Data Studio, etc.
• Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Use data-driven decision-making to refine campaigns and improve ROI.
  

Marketing Automation (Preferred)

• Oversee email workflows, nurture sequences, landing pages, lead scoring, and CRM-based campaigns.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar tools is an advantage.
