Job Description

Role Overview: noon is a leading consumer commerce platform in the region, with a mission to reach every door, every day. As the Senior Manager, Data Analytics at noon, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of analytics professionals and collaborate with business leaders to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation within the Fulfillment & Logistics (Fugistics) department. Your role will involve owning the supply planning cycle, building advanced analytical models, and setting the vision for data analytics in Fugistics. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end supply planning cycle, translating demand forecasts into supply plans for inbound/outbound/returns. - Collaborate with demand planning, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure adequate capacity for timely shipping and deliveries. - Lead seasonal and promotional event planning, including inventory build-up and manpower planning. - Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous process improvements across planning processes. - Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical projects. - Build scalable data frameworks, planning models, and dashboards for actionable insights. - Drive forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking for operational metrics. - Implement advanced analytical techniques for trend anticipation and efficiency improvements. - Champion automation and self-service tools for team empowerment and reduced manual reporting. - Act as a thought partner to leadership, identifying risks, opportunities, and strategic areas for investment. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Strategic Analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Strong background in e-commerce, supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics. - Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and modern data analytics tools. - Experience with data visualization platforms such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau. - Knowledge of statistical techniques, forecasting, predictive modeling, and programming languages like Python or R. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field. - Strong leadership qualities to inspire and build high-performing teams.
