Primary Responsibilities:

• This role is within Optum Health FDM team and will be responsible for the management and manipulation of mostly structured data, with a focus on building business intelligence tools, leading teams in conducting analysis to distinguish patterns and recognize trends, performing normalization operations and assuring data quality
• Primarily, person would be responsible for leading & working on OFISH project where end goal is to create standard data for finance & accounting users in Snowflake
• Role would require creating specifications to bring data into a common structure, creating product specifications and models, developing data solutions to support analyses, performing analysis, interpreting results, developing actionable insights, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership in OH
• Role would require partnering with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the OH accounting users and leadership
• Role also includes producing and managing the delivery of activity and value analytics to stakeholders. Team members will typically use business intelligence, data visualization, query, analytic and statistical software to build solutions, perform analysis and interpret data
  Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business, technical or production team or unit
• Owning & managing snowflake & azure cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Data bricks, Azure Data factory and other azure cloud solutions
• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion
• Develop plans to meet team objectives
• Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Contributes to or helps drive architecture/design, technology, and tool decisions and implementations
• Should be able to analyze the code, understand the purpose, modify the code to run successfully
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively and efficiently
• Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
• Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others

Required Qualification:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
