• Act as the primary liaison for customer quality teams, providing clear and timely communication.
• Coordinate on-site investigations at customer facilities to resolve technical and quality-related issues.
• Lead customer complaint management using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D.
• Monitor customer rejection systems and track key metrics (PPM, CSAT) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Total Quality Management (TQM) Implementation: Lead and support TQM initiatives to ensure adherence to quality standards across operations.
• Problem Solving using Six Sigma: Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify, analyse, and solve operational issues, driving sustainable improvements.
• Innovation and Efficiency Enhancement: Encourage and implement innovative practices that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Preparation of MIS Reports & Presentations: Develop and present Management Information System (MIS) reports to track performance metrics and project outcomes.
• Voice of Customer Integration: Conducted dealer visits with top management to capture latent customer needs and drive design/process improvements

• Perform detailed inspections of vehicles and chassis, Body &Trim to assess condition and identify non-conformance.
• Analyse defective parts using precision measurement tools and compare results with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conduct root cause analyses (FMEA, Fishbone, 5 Whys) to determine underlying issue drivers.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and quality records for internal and external stakeholders.
