Senior Manager - Credit Control

As a Senior Manager Credit Controller/Account Receivable, you will play a crucial role in overseeing credit risk management and ensuring optimal cash flow through effective billing, collections, and credit control functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process, which involves invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting. - Developing and implementing credit policies and collection strategies to minimize bad debts and enhance cash flow. - Preparing and analyzing AR aging reports to address key concerns and take necessary actions. - Collaborating closely with sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless order-to-cash cycles. - Ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. - Optimizing AR processes by implementing automation tools and best practices for improved efficiency. - Supporting audits and providing necessary documentation related to accounts receivable transactions. - Mentoring and leading the AR team to foster a high-performance culture. Additionally, you should have experience knowledge in P&L preparation and financial reporting. Qualifications & Experience: - CA/ICWA in Finance preferred. - 3-8 years of experience in accounts receivable management. - Strong understanding of accounting principles, billing procedures, and credit management. - Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to handle high-volume transactions and work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong leadership and team management skills.,
