Senior Manager- Coding Services

You will be joining CorroHealth as a Senior Manager- Coding Services at Kochi and Noida locations. With over 12+ years of experience in operations, process coaching, or quality management, including 2+ years in a managerial role within the HCC industry, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the medical coding processes. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Hold a coding certification from AHIMA/AAPC - CCS; CCS-P; CPC, CRC, etc. - Utilize your 12+ years of medical coding experience across various specialties and operations. - Lead people & process management initiatives to ensure operational efficiency. - Manage the team hierarchy including Senior Group Leaders, Group Leaders, Assistant Managers, and Managers to maintain optimal Coding Executives availability and meet SLAs. - Evaluate client requests and requirements to make informed decisions on resource allocation. - Focus on increasing client value add and revenue share through strategic implementation. - Drive revenue and cost management at client and organizational levels. - Ensure operational excellence and high performance by mentoring, training, and capacity planning for associates. - Promote project awareness, process improvement strategy, and maximum operational efficiency. **Key Competencies:** - *Team Leadership:* Manage and mentor assistant managers and managers for optimal performance and adherence to SLAs. - *Capacity Planning:* Ensure coding executives" availability aligns with workload demands for effective SLA management. - *Process Improvement:* Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. - *Operational Excellence:* Commit to delivering high performance and operational excellence through effective mentoring and training. - *Analytical Thinking:* Interpret complex medical records and coding scenarios accurately. - *Adaptability:* Stay updated on changing healthcare regulations and coding standards for continuous compliance. - *Communication Skills:* Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders through excellent verbal and written communication.
