Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Translate leadership
priorities into execution roadmaps, timelines, and metrics
Act as the central execution and coordination anchor for strategic initiatives
Lead and scale the Directors Office as a high-performance execution
unit
Drive alignment across multiple business units and institutions
Design escalation mechanisms and resolve execution bottlenecks
Establish
governance frameworks, SOPs, reporting rhythms, and dashboards
Prepare leadership review packs and provide data-driven decision support
Coordinate high-level engagements with external and institutional stakeholders

Skills & Experience Must-Have

Strong
strategic thinking with execution discipline
Direct experience working with senior leadership / CXOs
High
ownership, prioritization skills, and executive presence
Excellent communication, discretion, and stakeholder management

Preferred candidate profile

Background in consulting, leadership office, PMO, or transformation roles
Exposure to investment, education, innovation, or public-institution environments
