Senior Manager - CAT Management - 12+Years - Gurugram/Noida

Responsibilities

Senior Manager for Central CAT Management

• Act as the single point of contact for all CAT activities, ensuring standardized documentation and consistent methodologies.

• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from all project leaders, ensuring accuracy of metrics and savings claims.

• Develop and deliver daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and maintain a centralized data repository.
  
• Create executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports with clear, actionable insights.
  
• Present findings to senior leadership and address data-related queries confidently.
  
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and analytical studies to support strategic decisions.
  
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives in reporting and data management.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training on CAT reporting standards and data requirements
  

Requirements

• A postgraduate degree in

  Business Management/Finance

  or equivalent.

• A minimum of

  12+ years of managerial experience

  in the

  financial services sector or category management

  .

• Proven expertise in central category and talent management strategies.

• Strong people management and leadership capabilities with a vision-driven and inclusive mindset.

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex business metrics into actionable insights.

• Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
