Job Description

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager will translate business needs into functional workflows, lead hands-on implementation of Zoho ERP and related applications, and drive automation across Finance, Sales, Projects, and Procurement. This is a tactical, execution-heavy role focused on bridging business process gaps, managing vendor coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation & Process Automation:

Own hands-on configuration and implementation of Zoho ERP and related modules.

Define workflows, data models, and test cases; manage BRD creation, UAT, and user adoption.

Build reusable automation components for lead routing, fitment, renewals, and approvals.

2. Integration & Data Management:

Maintain integration inventory (APIs, middleware, and data synchronization).

Work with internal tech teams and vendors to ensure stable interfaces across platforms.

Support the creation of dashboards, KPI tracking, and business intelligence workflows.

3. Operational Reliability:

Manage Tier-1 application support and escalation workflows.

Track SLAs, uptime, and vendor compliance.

Support cybersecurity hygiene, patching, and user access protocols.

4. Collaboration & Training:

Conduct training and documentation for end-users across departments.

Coordinate UAT and change management during rollout phases.

Support the Head in aligning implementation with architectural standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

10 14 years in ERP/CRM implementation and business process automation.

Hands-on expertise with Zoho Suite, HubSpot, Exotel, Jira, Confluence, Zapier/API integrations.

Working knowledge of enterprise architecture and cybersecurity principles.

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

PMP / ITIL / Zoho Certified Professional preferred.

Good understanding of enterprise technology architecture and cyber security.
