Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

Implement, configure and Administer SAP Solution Manager modules.
Monitor and maintain the health of SAP systems using Solution Manager. Implement and manage Change Control Management (ChaRM). Conduct system diagnostics and performance tuning. Integrate SAP Solution Manager with other SAP and non-SAP systems. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Solution Manager issues. Create and maintain documentation for configuration and operational procedures. Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to align SAP Solution Manager capabilities with business needs. Monitor, maintain, and optimize SAP Solution Manager infrastructure. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and SAP requirements. Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP Solution Manager issues. Ensure SAP systems are compliant with security and operational standards. Train clients and internal teams on best practices for using SAP Solution Manager. Stay updated on SAP Solution Manager updates and enhancements.
