Job Description

We re hiring a strategic and analytical Senior Manager to lead Seekho s business growth. This role focuses on performance marketing, growth funnels, and high-ROI experiments - not traditional sales. You ll manage a cross-functional team to scale user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.

Key Responsibilities

Own and optimize CAC, LTV, and full-funnel metrics
Lead paid marketing strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, and more
Manage and mentor a team of marketers, analysts, and growth operators
Run experiments, analyze results, and drive data-backed decisions
Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Content teams to align growth efforts

What We re Looking For

5-8 years in growth, performance marketing, or business strategy (B2C tech preferred)
Experience leading teams and delivering on aggressive growth targets
Strong analytical and execution skills (Excel, SQL, GA, attribution tools)
Proven track record in performance-led, cross-functional growth roles

Nice to Have

Background in B2C App based business, OTT, consumer apps, or subscription businesses
Knowledge of CRM and lifecycle marketing
