Senior Manager - Business Development

·        7-10 years of BD experience in Chemistry CRO/CRAMS/CDMO business

·        Strong BD knowledge for international markets like USA, Europe & other countries

·        Preferably a PhD or MSc Chemistry/Life Sciences with or without MBA

·        Responsible for generating new business leads across the globe

·        Develop business strategies for various markets, sectors and segments

·        Willing to travel overseas on business

·        Knowledge in mapping client information in different markets

·        Able to connect through various digital social media platforms

·        Having good client relationships to increase business and productivity of projects

·        Must closely interact with the management & project management teams

·        Should have excellent written & oral communication and presentation skills
