Senior Manager BD & NPI

As an experienced professional in the healthcare industry, you will be responsible for a wide range of key activities. Your main responsibilities will include: - Distilling insights and synthesizing analysis output into clear recommendations for business heads and senior management on new products. - Providing inputs to identify new molecules, differentiation to existing products, and defining strategies for new products. - Managing the complete launch process as a project through the global system. - Ensuring timely delivery of products and monitoring compliance. - Scouting for new partners to bring differentiation and managing relationships with existing partners for building the future pipeline. - Collaborating with business and medical teams to define the new product pipeline for various therapy areas the company is involved in, including new molecules, combinations, NDDS, and value engineering. - Contributing to the internal I&D efforts of the company related to bringing differentiation in existing and new products through platform technology. - Conducting analysis to stay informed about market trends, identifying gap areas, and staying abreast of competitor moves in terms of new products. In terms of qualifications, the essential requirements for this role are a B Pharm / M Pharm and an MBA degree.
