Job Description

>6 yrs. of experience in the field of data analytics
Bachelor s or Management degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics related with exposure to data, ision making projects
Strong SQL, Python, BI tools (Power BI & Tableau), Cloud platforms and Excel skills are necessary
Candi with US health care domain understanding is preferred
Ability to solve business problems and deliver technical solutions
Understanding of data analytics, statistics, and data management concepts with ability to apply them
Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple concurrent projects
Collaborative and team player o Desire to work within a fast-paced environment o Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible in taking on various project
Work closely with executive leadership to formulate the provider touch strategy and implement solutions to improve provider engagement and reduce provider abrasion
Work with cross functional stakeholders to implement the organization wide provider touch projects
Analyze data and build frameworks to enhance provider experience and provider insights to payers
Develop interactive and actionable visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources
Understand the machine learning models and NLP products landscape and produce actionable insights & recommendations for better adoption
