Senior Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining AML RightSource, the leading technology-enabled managed services firm dedicated to combating financial crime globally. As a Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising a team of analysts to ensure projects align with organizational and client objectives. Your responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring team members, managing client relationships, and facilitating cross-functional communication to deliver effective solutions to client challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of up to 25+ analysts, identifying and developing top talent within the team - Evaluate team members for hiring, advancement, or other job changes - Directly engage with major clients to enhance partnerships, report outcomes, and explore new service opportunities - Oversee team production, identify efficiency enhancements, and conduct quality control reviews as needed - Provide production and service reports to senior leadership and clients - Collaborate with the partnership team to enhance subject matter expertise and expand consulting services for clients Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) experience - CAMS Certification - Demonstrated management experience and decision-making skills - Proficiency in leading projects, coordinating teams, and implementing action items - Ability to multitask, work independently or collaboratively, and build cooperative relationships within a team Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree - Strong entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative nature, adept at change management, influential, and adept at identifying opportunities Note: AML Rightsource is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace for all employees.,
