Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced Manager HR to oversee HR, IR, ER, and legal matters across 12 sales & marketing divisions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with line managers and divisional heads to ensure seamless field operations, handle legal cases, maintain compliance with labor laws, and more. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing HR/ER strategies that align with business objectives, addressing employee relations issues and grievances in the field, conducting review meetings with Managers and Medical Representatives, drafting disciplinary letters, managing field industrial relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while handling legal cases from conciliation to court. To qualify for this position, you should have prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 10-13 years of experience in Field Force Management, including a minimum of 5 years in Field Management. A Master's Degree in HR/MSW and LLB is mandatory. You must possess a strong understanding of labor laws such as the S&E Act, Factory Act, and ESIC Act, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Additional skills required for this role include proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, along with hands-on experience in labor office proceedings, dealing with PF, ESIC authorities, and managing contract labor.
