Duties and Responsibilities :

Lead a team to ensure end to end HR delivery, Hire to Retire (Hiring,Onboarding, Confirmation,Training,PMS,Payroll & Compliance,Grievances,Employee Engagement & Communication and Separation.
Sound understanding of the markets/competitions and best HR practices
Responsible for driving PMS - Ensuring adherence to set process, guiding employees & assessment to set the right environment and ensure timely appraisal. Mapping performance with compensation, improvement, and development needs.
Seamless Performance Management- designing KRAs & KPIs for teams with the HODs.
Partner with Business & Function Heads to conceptualize long/short-term directions by forecasting future manpower requirements. Ensuring accurate Manpower Budget
Analyzing GAP between current skill sets, needs & opportunities. Design development plan for employees at all levels as per Organization context in consent with BHs & HOD’s. Organize & roll out development centers & team-building activities. Design development assessment matrix and deliberate Balanced Scorecard for review.
Oversee all payroll processes and related statutory compliance with accuracy and timeliness.
