Mak Controls and Systems Pvt Ltd, established in 1973, specializes in the manufacturing of Aviation Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and has evolved in design, development, and production over the years. Our product line includes Ground Power Units, Air Starter Units, Air Conditioning Units, Static Frequency Converters, and more, acclaimed for their design and reliability. We fulfill requirements for prestigious defense projects and have manufacturing facilities in India and the USA. Our products are designed in our government-approved R&D center, ensuring a prolonged economic life and excellent customer experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager - After Sales located in Coimbatore. The Senior Manager will oversee after-sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating with the service department for timely and efficient service delivery. Duties include managing customer service, developing and implementing business plans, analyzing sales operations, and ensuring the overall productivity and efficiency of the after-sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Qualification - B.E / B.tech (EEE / ECE / EIE)
  • Experience - 15 - 20 Years
  • After Sales, AMC, Technical service, or field support preferably in Defence and Aviation sectors.
  • Strong technical expertise in Power Systems, Cooling Systems, Electrical and Electronic Systems.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing large teams with customer - facing responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving abilities.Familiarity with Defence and PSU service procedures and compliance documentation.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and customer interaction.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
  • Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
  • Location - Coimbatore
  • Industry - Equipment product manufacturing company must (Aviation industry & Defence sector)
