Position Overview
The Senior Manager Sales is responsible for leading and driving Admission performance,
managing teams, and achieving revenue targets for each campus. This role requires strategic planning,
market insight, relationship management, and hands-on leadership to optimize sales execution and
customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute admission strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue
targets.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and parent’s preferences to identify business
opportunities.
• Plan and forecast admission performance and allocate targets to teams accordingly.
2. Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the team to achieve and exceed goals.
• Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability, teamwork, and customer
focus.
3. Business Development
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, channel partners, and brokers.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
• Drive new lead generation through digital, referral, and corporate channels.
4. Sales Operations
• Oversee the end-to-end admission process—from lead generation to deal closure and
documentation.
• Ensure CRM systems are updated and admission data is accurately reported.
• Coordinate with marketing, School, and operations teams to ensure smooth handover and
Parent satisfaction.
5. Parent Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with Parents
• Resolve escalated parent issues effectively and promptly.
• Ensure a superior parent experience throughout the admission journey.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in sales, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial
role.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and managing large teams.
• Strong understanding of the local market, pricing trends, and legal.
