Coordination and follow-ups with logistics service provider for logistics service requirements
Monitoring vehicles in transit to ensure material delivery as per transit schedule
Resolution of escalation from internal customer (Business & Purchase Team)
100% tracking of material from supplier, Vendor to delivery at site
Approving Handling / Loading-Unloading charges if applicable
Maintaining tracker of courier dispatches & direct vehicle dispatches for MIS preparation
Managing reverse auction to finalize cost effective transport freight rate
Vendor Development, commercial discussion & contract finalization for courier & direct vehicle for Pan India
Looking after and managing compliance requirements like e-way bills/documentation for Pan India material movement
Reverse documentation in SAP (STO/STN)
Good Experience in to Logistics
Minimum 3-5yrs of exp
