About the Role

Senior Loan Processor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full loan lifecycle from submission to settlement
• Review documents, serviceability calculations, and lender credit policies
• Work across ApplyOnline/NextGen and multiple lender portals
• Liaise with clients, brokers, lenders, solicitors and aggregators
• Conduct borrowing capacity assessments and order supporting documents
• Track milestones and maintain detailed file notes and compliance standards
• Proactively identify risks and propose solutions
• Support workflow improvements and mentor junior processors

Requirements

• 4–5+ years

   experience with Australian mortgage processing or banking
• Strong understanding of lender credit policies & NCCP / AML compliance
• Hands-on experience in 

  ApplyOnline / NextGen / Mercury / Salestrekker / FireSoft / LoanApp

• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines with accuracy & speed
• Strong communication, analytical ability, and attention to detail
