We are seeking a highly skilled NLP Engineer with deep expertise in transformer-based models and prompt engineering to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) for tasks such as text generation, summarization, classification, and question answering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5, RoBERTa) to build and optimize NLP solutions.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models on domain-specific data for various NLP tasks.
• Design and iterate on effective prompt strategies including zero-shot, few-shot, and chain-of-thought prompting.
• Build reusable prompt templates and ensure contextual relevance across use cases.
• Evaluate model performance using metrics such as BLEU and ROUGE.
• Mitigate model limitations such as hallucinations, bias, and knowledge cutoffs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy NLP solutions in production environments.

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of overall experience, with at least 2+ years in transformer-based NLP.
• Strong understanding of attention mechanisms, tokenization, embedding layers, and LLM architectures.
• Experience with instruction-based prompting and iterative prompt refinement.
• Expertise in Python and NLP libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, SpaCy, and NLTK.
• Deep familiarity with LLM challenges including context windows, hallucinations, and output consistency.
• Experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying models for tasks like summarization, classification, translation, and question answering.
