Join us in pushing your boundaries and fulfilling your career aspirations! **Roles and Responsibilities:** - **Model Expertise:** Utilize transformer models like GPT, BERT, T5, RoBERTa for various NLP tasks such as text generation, summarization, classification, and translation. - **Model Fine-Tuning:** Fine-tune pre-trained models on domain-specific datasets to enhance performance for tasks like summarization, text generation, and question answering. - **Prompt Engineering:** Craft clear, concise, and contextually relevant prompts to optimize model performance. - **Instruction-Based Prompting:** Implement instruction-based prompting to achieve specific goals and ensure accurate outputs aligned with task objectives. - **Zero-shot, Few-shot, Many-shot Learning:** Utilize these techniques to improve model performance without full retraining. - **Chain-of-Thought (CoT) Prompting:** Guide models through complex reasoning tasks with logically structured outputs. - **Model Evaluation:** Use metrics like BLEU, ROUGE to assess and enhance model performance. - **Model Deployment:** Support deploying models into production environments for real-time applications. - **Bias Awareness:** Mitigate bias issues in LLMs to ensure high-quality and reliable outputs. - **Collaboration:** Work with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and scalable NLP solutions. **Must-Have Skills:** - Overall 7+ years of experience with 2+ years working on transformer-based models and NLP tasks. - 4+ years of expertise in transformer models like GPT, Claude based models for generative tasks. - Familiarity with attention mechanisms, self-attention layers, and model architectures. - Proficiency in crafting clear prompts, fine-tuning models, and deploying ML models in NLP context. - Experience with zero-shot, few-shot, Chain-of-thought prompting techniques. - Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries (Hugging Face, SpaCy, NLTK). - Understanding of model evaluation metrics like BLEU, ROUGE. **Qualifications:** - BE/B.Tech or Equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field. - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
