Senior Legal Associate (SAT Matters / Securities Litigation)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Executive with expertise in litigation and corporate law, specifically in SAT Matters and Securities Litigation. As a Senior Legal Executive, your responsibilities will include representing clients before various courts and authorities, conducting legal due diligence, drafting commercial contracts, and providing advisory services on IBC and regulatory compliance. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to mitigate legal risks and ensure adherence to all applicable laws. Key Responsibilities: - Represent clients before Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and regulatory bodies. - Conduct legal due diligence for M&A, JVs, and financial transactions. - Lead litigation and dispute resolution processes to minimize legal risks. - Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents. - Offer advisory services on IBC matters, including resolution and asset recovery. - Interpret laws such as Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, IRDAI, among others. - Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on compliance and investigations. - Support client negotiations, investor communications, and corporate structuring. Educational Qualifications: - Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) - Mandatory. - Master of Laws (LL.M) - Preferred. Skills & Competencies: - Excellent drafting and communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
