Position: Senior Leadership & Operations Head

Location: Kerala – Preferably Kochi or Kozhikode

About the Role

Cindrebay School of Design is looking for a highly disciplined and result-oriented professional to lead operations, administration, and people management in our growing organisation. The ideal candidate will bring the leadership precision, planning ability, and team discipline honed through years of service in the Indian Armed Forces or other defence establishments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational direction across departments.
• Ensure smooth execution of institutional and business plans.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor teams to deliver consistent performance.
• Oversee planning, logistics, and process implementation with military-grade efficiency.
• Maintain discipline, transparency, and accountability across all functional areas.
• Support management in decision-making, risk assessment, and problem-solving.

Preferred Profile

• Pensioned Officer from the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force — ideally holding the rank of Major, Lieutenant Colonel, or Colonel (or equivalent).
• Age below 55 years - Young candidates preferred
• Proven experience in leadership, operations, or administrative command.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational planning skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage multidisciplinary civilian teams.
• Familiarity with educational or institutional environments will be an added advantage.
