Senior Lead/ Assistant Manager - HRBP

Job Summary:

The HR Business Partner (Last mile) serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, ensuring alignment of HR practices with organizational objectives. The HRBP drives talent strategies, fosters employee engagement, and supports a high-performance culture while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnership Collaborate with Regional leaders to understand objectives and design HR solutions that support business goals. Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.

2. Employee Engagement and Culture Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and reinforce a positive workplace culture. Analyze engagement survey results and implement action plans for improvement.

3. Talent Management Manage end-to-end talent processes, including performance management, learning and development, and career progression ,PIP and exit conversations Identify skill gaps and recommend training or development programs.

4. Change Management Leadandsupport organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and communication. Promote resilience and adaptability among employees during transformations.

5. Employee Relations Address employee grievances and provide solutions that balance employee and business needs. Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.

6. HROperations and Compliance Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Work with HR teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

7. Data-Driven Decision Making Use HR analytics to provide insights and influence decisions related to workforce trends, turnover, and productivity. Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to leadership teams
