Senior Lead Analyst Knowledge Services

You will be working in the Digital Transformation Services department, which is experiencing rapid growth within the company. Your main responsibility will be to develop new technologies and revenue streams for the Practice. You will also be involved in designing and creating new digital solutions for Sourcing Procurement, collaborating with clients and technical teams to implement these solutions effectively. - Develop and enhance digital solutions for the practice, such as cognitive procurement suites, category management tools, and predictive analytics. - Create business cases and design solutions for digital Sourcing Procurement based on value propositions and commercial models. - Benchmark industry best practices to incorporate into the development of digital solutions. - Support Digital Transformation Programs in Sourcing and Procurement by utilizing various technological interventions. - Demonstrate digital solutions to clients and explain the relevant value propositions effectively. - Conduct assessments on the client's existing landscape and provide insights for improvement. - Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong customer satisfaction. - Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on data to acquire valuable insights. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on projects. - 6-8 years of experience in the Sourcing Procurement domain. - 2-4 years of experience in front-line business consulting, crafting solutions, and delivering presentations to management teams. - Exposure to various digital solutions in Sourcing and Procurement. - Strong analytical skills for data analysis and interpretation. - Excellent knowledge of Sourcing and Procurement processes. - Familiarity with analytics tools such as SAS, R, Tableau, Power BI, etc. - Hands-on experience with Procurement tools like Ariba, Coupa, or similar. - Knowledge of Process Mining and Automation tools is preferable. - Strong storytelling skills for delivering recommendations from data analysis. - Fluent verbal and written communication skills, along with presentation skills. - Familiarity with AI and Gen AI concepts in the Sourcing & Procurement domain.,
