Senior Key Account Specialist

As a Key Accounts Manager in the Vision Care division at Bausch + Lomb, your role is crucial in implementing account-based strategies for key accounts to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Your responsibilities include: - Ensuring successful implementation of account-based strategies - Meeting monthly sales targets of direct and regional key accounts - Coordinating and communicating within the region and with Key Accounts Manager of other regions for Business Development - Creating and developing relationships with Key Accounts - Managing and expanding key accounts channel to maintain and grow shop share - Implementing sales and marketing strategies for brand promotion - Managing product launches and new key accounts development - Ensuring receivables and collections as per plan - Building corporate and brand awareness through engagement of key opinion leaders and practitioners - Monitoring industry trends and competitors positions - Resolving daily issues with sales personnel and customers - Conducting annual training with Key Accounts Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation, MBA preferred - 5-8 years of experience in FMCG/consumer goods/similar business Please note that the position may be available in various locations.
