Job Description

Role Overview: You should have prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only, specifically not enhancements or managed services. Your knowledge and experience should cover one or more ServiceNow applications such as ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM within the ServiceNow Platform. It is important that you are aware of best development practices during implementation and can coach other team members to follow these practices. You should have a strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment involving multiple stakeholders and team members. Exposure to the ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools is essential. You should have experience working with agile methodology for implementing ServiceNow applications in a scrum-based approach. Your ability to work under pressure and handle tight timelines will be crucial. Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills are required to lead an environment focused on customer service and teamwork. You should be able to set goals, participate in strategic initiatives for a team, foster the development of high-performance teams, and interface with all levels of the organization. Additionally, you should have knowledge and experience of integration frameworks in ServiceNow.
