Senior Java Software Engineer

As a Java Application Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing new features of Java application servers based on Apache, Tomcat, Hibernate, MySQL, and other open source Java components. - Supporting Customers via screen sharing as needed and attending client meetings regularly. - Being flexible to work in different time zones like Israel, USA, and India. - Supporting live deployments with detailed product knowledge, debugging expertise, and code changes. In order to excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - Strong understanding of Core Java (Java 8 or above), including OOP, multithreading, collections, and design patterns. - Proficiency in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data). - Experience in RESTful API development and integration. - Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases. - Familiarity with Microservices architecture and distributed systems. - Hands-on experience with version control (Git), build tools (Maven/Gradle), and CI/CD pipelines. - Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes would be a plus. - Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
