Senior Java Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions in Java
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new technology solutions
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code with an emphasis on best practices and design patterns
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and guidance
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning sessions
• Develop and maintain documentation for software solutions
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and programming languages to ensure the use of best practices in software development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Java software development
• Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, and related technologies
• Experience with Spring framework and Hibernate
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Ability to write automated tests (e.g., JUnit, TestNG)
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
