Job Requisition: Onsite ERP Implementation Lead – Oil & Spices Manufacturing Location: Erode Perundurai, Tamil Nadu, India We are looking for an experienced Onsite ERP Implementation Lead to drive the end-to- end implementation of an ERP system for a new oil & spices manufacturing facility . This role will be responsible for designing and configuring efficient business processes across Manufacturing, Inventory, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, Accounting, and Finance. You will work closely with factory leadership and department heads to translate operational needs into effective ERP workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable data-driven decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in ERP implementations within process manufacturing environments and will be comfortable leading cross-functional teams onsite. Experience with Odoo ERP is a strong plus.
