Job Description

We are seeking a full-stack Java developer with 4–10 years of experience in building web applications using Java, JSP, Servlets, and modern front-end technologies like React and jQuery. The ideal candidate will have experience with both legacy systems and microservices, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for agile, high-quality software delivery. ⚠️ Note: This is a senior-level position. Freshers and candidates with less than 4 years of experience will not be considered. What You’ll Do: Develop and enhance web applications using Java/Servlets/J2EE and relevant frameworks. Work across legacy and microservices-based architectures. Deliver responsive, user-friendly UIs using React, jQuery, Backbone, and modern JS standards. Collaborate with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams. Lead and mentor a high-performance development team. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and test automation efforts. Desired Skills & Experience: 5–8 years of hands-on Java development experience. Expertise in JSP, Servlets, JavaScript libraries (React, jQuery, Backbone). Solid Core Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot background. Proficient in working with databases (MySQL, Oracle) and version control tools (Git, TFS). Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Go. Experience with JUnit and mocking frameworks like JMockit. Agile project delivery mindset. Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
