Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Trichy. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture, along with a solid understanding of modern software development practices and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java-based applications.
• Build and maintain scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and improve existing systems, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, architecture, and security.

Required Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Core Java, Java 8+.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Solid knowledge of JPA/Hibernate, SQL, and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or container orchestration (optional but preferred).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development process.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Exposure to front-end frameworks (Angular/React) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems.
